SHIPPING RATES
All sticker orders under $20 are sent USPS First Class Mail (without tracking). You can opt to add tracking to your order at checkout for an additional fee. All sticker orders over $20 are sent USPS Ground Advantage (with tracking). All coloring book and notebook orders are sent USPS Ground Advantage (with tracking). All orders over $50 include FREE shipping and sent USPS Ground Advantage (with tracking). All orders are processed and shipped within 2 days of purchase. ​
RETURNS
We want you to love your purchase from Zollicat. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 7 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@zollikat.com and include your order number and reason for return. Please note that all items must be in their original condition to be eligible for a return.
